I will tell you what is going on. You tried to hack into the Admin Panel of JioClix. Not once but 6 times. Here are the records.

6th Attempt
Password Attempted: admin' or '1'='1

Now these were your attempts to gain access to the Admin Panel. When you saw that in 1st 4 attempts you could not gain access trying the usual passwords on 15th Jan, 2019, you came back and tried to make SQL injections in the last two attempts on 16th Jan, 2019.

What do you think of yourself? Trying to be over smart? We want to run the website fairly but its people like you who want to spoil the environment. Your IP address and account are both banned from using the website any further.

You should be ashamed of yourself.

If i need to hack you , you will be down for a secound not from sql injections :)

Возможно, это человек не знает, что в его компьютере вирус. Нужно ему хорошенько почистить комп антивирусными программами. Если бы это был хакер, зачем тогда задавать вопрос на форуме?
